Took responibilty for scratching tire rim I had to make a return trip to the dealership so that they could repair the tire rim. Unfortunately, I had to wait 40 mins. to get the loaner car. Oil Change Satisfactory - Missed the Boat on the Battery I utilize Manly for oil changes to my 2 Hondas. Do appreciate the intake process together with the courtesy area and coffee supplies. However, the finding that my battery was low / needed replacement was not accurate. I subsequently called AAA for a battery replacement and had a service person come to install. Bingo, upon inspection and cleaning the battery, is fully operational and not needing replacement. Moral - always double check the results from Manly and do not get upsold when a simple cleaning would do the job. More

Both times I have been in to service my car for an oil change I have waited 30 minutes just for my name to be called to check in my car. Any other dealership I have gone to I am in and out anywhere from 7-15 minutes. Depending on if there is someone already with the advisor. It takes time to walk over and find the next person then walk back to the advisors desk. A waste of my time as I am a very busy person. My recommendation is go back to the old school customer service. I don't mind waiting in a line to be helped. I felt myself and my time were more valued then waiting for my name to be called. No body likes waiting for their name in a doctor's office why would they in a car dealership for servicing? More
ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH MANLY'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT Had to have a transmission fluid leak stopped where the front axle meets the transmission.
