I love Bill Robertson! Lucky for me to have been assigned to Bill Robertson the first time I needed to service my new Honda Odessey. I was a reluctant to use dealer services Lucky for me to have been assigned to Bill Robertson the first time I needed to service my new Honda Odessey. I was a reluctant to use dealer services because my father used to do all my oil changes & repairs... or a non-dealer mechanic. However, my 2012 mini van has gotten more complicated and computerized and I had to retire my father from changing my oil & doing my service... Bill explains things, keeps my van in great shape and with the use of their generous monthly coupons, it's not that expensive for peace of mind. Bill Robertson has taken care of me for 7 years now and he has my respect and appreciation. He's a smart guy and Honda should be very happy that he is so good with customer service. More
