Last service visit I have been coming to Manly Honda for years. However, this last visit was the worst I have experienced. I spoke to three people before my appt regardi I have been coming to Manly Honda for years. However, this last visit was the worst I have experienced. I spoke to three people before my appt regarding getting a rental and if it was ok to drop my car off in the morning even though my appt was in the afternoon (as my father was in the hospital and i needed to help out with things). I was told by all three people no problem. When I arrived at 10am to drop off for my 2:30pm appt the lady with the clipboard that greeted me was rude and told me she didn't know if I could be checked in with Ron Timms who was my service provider. I sat and waited 40 minutes and finally went back to the same woman and she talked with Ron. She also told me she didn't know if I could get a rental which I was told would also not be a problem. Then I asked about the shuttle and was told no shuttle. I planned on calling Uber as I needed to leave. Ron finally called me over and checked me in and said they could call Uber and it would be $5 each way. Fine. He wrote time promised 2:30pm so I was appreciative of that. He never called me to let me know my car was ready or that they were running behind or that I had a bulb out and oil leak etc. I would have liked to have had at least the bulb taken care of. When I got back after calling to find out my car wouldn't be ready until 5pm which I said I had an appt to be at he said they could have it by 4:30pm. 4:50pm and I had to go to his desk to find out. He went over what they found but said he didn't know if they changed the bulb or not (which they hadn't). Just not a good experience as I usually receive. Not sure if I will be back. More

Not so great customer service initially Hi - we did night drop service. I received a phone call asking where I left my keys as they couldn't find them which really concerned me...they then Hi - we did night drop service. I received a phone call asking where I left my keys as they couldn't find them which really concerned me...they then discovered that they were given to Jesus and the rep apologized for the mixup. Jesus was assigned to our service initially and was probably the worst customer service we have experienced at Manly. We have been servicing our cars for over 20 years with Manly and Jesus was by far the worst advisor we have had. We questioned pricing and let Jesus know that we've worked with Bill Robertson in the past which frustrated Jesus and said he'll pass our paperwork to Bill. After an hour, we called back and the paperwork was still not passed on to Bill by Jesus. This is not acceptable when all we needed done was an oil change and in the meantime, our vehicle is sitting with no service. However, once Bill was involved, things moved VERY quickly. Bill is an amazing advisor - he explains the entire service and what needs to happen in the future. He is very patient and going forward, will ALWAYS ask for him. More
