They have a crew of folks who are standing by to offer assistance, they guide you to the right person to start with (making an appointment). On the appointment day, they guide you from the moment you arrive. A service rep (Chris Reid) gets the order started, then off to the waiting area. Took a couple of hours, but that was expected. This was the first time I'd used a dealership for service in more than a decade. I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and communication. No hard sell on anything, and they even asked beforehand if I wanted to keep my license plate frames (a real pet-peeve of mine, having them switched out without asking at dealerships in the old days). Customer service and satisfaction is clearly drilled every day as the number one priority. My Honda has a couple of years of warranty left, and I'll definitely be back if/as needed. More

Great service experience Was notified by Honda about a recall repair so I brought my 2005 Honda Odyssey in. The dealer service team discovered that there actually was NO recal Was notified by Honda about a recall repair so I brought my 2005 Honda Odyssey in. The dealer service team discovered that there actually was NO recall on this vehicle and apologized profusely that I had brought it in for no reason. Since I was there they offered to do a checkup and were able to fix an AC problem that I had been experiencing for several months. Provided me with Uber rides to/from home while they did the repair. Repair cost very reasonable. Tracee was very responsive, courteous and helpful through the whole process. Much better service than I've had at other dealers. I was told they service over 200 cars per day but the level of customer service felt more "small-town" which I appreciated. More

Great experience even when the issue was my oversight I showed up to Manly in the rain when there was an extensive line of cars in the service line. I didn't wait more than two minutes before Denise came to my car, found my appointment details, and very pleasantly explained what to do and expect next. A few minutes later, Mark called me from the waiting room, and we ran through the details of my concern. This was my second experience with Mark as my service rep., and he is great. I made this service appointment because I was sure that Manly had miswired the receptacle for the trailer hitch that they had installed about a year before. Mark assured me that they would diagnose it and make it right quickly if it was miswired. When he called me a few hours after I left Manly to explain that they found that the issue was a blown fuse, he presented it in a way that didn't make me feel like a fool, which I very much appreciated. From the moment that Denise greeted me at my car to paying my bill with Mark, I felt that I was treated with respect and fairness. More
