The folks inside are all friendly and accomodating and the work seems to be fine. It costs more to get my oil changed here than at the previous dealer I went to, and it always takes 1-1/2 hours, even if I'm one of the first ones in. That's about half an hour longer than my previous dealer. I've adjusted, but the cost and time differences surprised me when I first started coming here. More

We used to live in Santa Rosa but moved to Chico. Our Honda Accord began having some issues and took it to the Chico Honda dealer twice for the same thing but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Jennifer Crouch set me up and out the door with a loaner vehicle and did a great job making it fast and pain less. I've taken our Pilot to Manly for most of the time we've owned it and they've done a great job. It's a 2014 and at 113k miles it's running like a top. We've done our best to maintain it as best we can and Manly has made it a positive experience. More
