Hey Spat!! We're sorry to hear that your experience did not go as planned. We appreciate you choosing us as your servicing dealer and value your input. At the same time, we hope that you were able to rectify your battery issue that was unrelated to the replacement of the air bag. A lot of things happen to vehicles that are 17 years old and have over 200k miles. As you mentioned prior, your recent ownership of the vehicle may not have in enlightened you to the full extent of issues that the vehicle currently has or will have in the near future.
