I dropped my 2016 Honda Civic off for an oil change because her oil light came on and I worked with Jennifer at the front door. She was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, helpful but also taking charge because her oil light came on and I worked with Jennifer at the front door. She was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, helpful but also taking charge and directing people which was wonderful to see during the chaos of Covid 19. She had a tough job and she was able to balance all of it. I was extremely impressed. I also worked with Ron. He was also super wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know anything about cars, I’ll be upfront. I always worry that I’ll get taken advantage of because of that but Ron walked me through every step and explained what was what and how it would help my car. Thank you and your people for working in such a scary and troublesome time. I felt like not only was my car safe, but your employees and customers were also safe. Rock on guys. More
