Great Service I just have to say that the last thing I wanted to do during this shelter-in-place was to take my car in for a 10K service. I put it off for 6 weeks, I just have to say that the last thing I wanted to do during this shelter-in-place was to take my car in for a 10K service. I put it off for 6 weeks, and then just had to bite the bullet. I pulled onto the lot 10 minutes before my 7:30am appointment, and immediately Denise was there to welcome me and check me in. It would have been understandable to have waited until 7:30am when the office opened, but it just makes my day when people like Denise don't let those technicalities get in the way of providing exemplary service. Right after Denise checked me in, Bill came out to explain exactly what to expect. He was really clear and really approachable. Once Jennifer was ale to confirm my insurance for a rental car, she took no time to complete the paperwork and have the rental brought around. This was a lesson in efficiency without missing the points of service. By 7:40 was driving off the lot. And, when I returned to pick my car up, the process was even more seamless. I bought my car from Manly Honda, but have taken it two other Honda dealerships for previous services. Denise, Bill and Jennifer have convinced me to always bring my Accord back to Manly Honda for services. More

Discussed tire choices in great detail on the phone to minimize time at the dealership, educating us on the different tire performance metrics, and finding the best value. Due to a tire puncture on one of the original tires we had to replace the entire set early, so Ted surprised us with an additional "Road Hazard" discount that saved us an additional 30% on the sale priced tires !! Outstanding, and this was after we had already agreed on the higher price on the phone !!! Denise and Tracee are the BEST! Denise and Tracee are star employees that went above and beyond to help me. My signal light indictor needed to be changed and when I explained to the Denise and Tracee are star employees that went above and beyond to help me. My signal light indictor needed to be changed and when I explained to them why I couldn't leave my car for an hour or two (my husband was having chemo infusion and I needed to get back) they jumped in and got the part and changed the bulb.
