Excellent and friendly operation. Immaculately clean! My service coordinator was friendly, patient, helpful and informative. The valet service was excellent and appreciated. Driver was very pleasant. I am still having problems with lights staying on constantly even in off position and shaking steering wheel when accelerated between 60 and 70. These were requested to be looked at. Alittle dissappointed this was not resolved and now need to go back. Ugh! Overall all my points of contact has been excellent. More

The service area has taken an extra steps in ensuring the health safety of customers with clean personal barriers and plenty of hand sanitizer. The area is normally immaculate anyway. I worked with Chris Reid. He was welcoming and clearly explained all services that my car would endure. . I appreciate the text contact to let me know of any changes and progress made. My car was completed within the promised time frame and the prices were very reasonable. They were even kind enough to wash my car! Happy Outcome I booked my service appointment in advance and identified through the web portal the reason for the visit was to troubleshoot the AC no longer working I booked my service appointment in advance and identified through the web portal the reason for the visit was to troubleshoot the AC no longer working. On the day the service was to be performed it was identified Service was out of the component for the AC. It took a few days to get it in before troubleshooting could take place. This seems like a common enough item that should have been kept stocked up. I think because of this Ron comp my Uber costs which I do appreciate. More
