Jennifer is a liability to your company I have always been a loyal customer and in the past, I have received great service from the techs. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with Jennifer, and I have always been a loyal customer and in the past, I have received great service from the techs. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with Jennifer, and I have found her to be unorganized, unresponsive, lazy, unhelpful and outright rude. She has failed to help me in any adequate fashion the last two times I have serviced my vehicle, in trying to arrange a loaner vehicle. This last time, after scheduling my car 2 weeks in advance, she called me after closing, the night before my service date to ask for necessary documents. I was not available because I was working and she completely dropped the ball and neglected to send me a loaner car, that I was 100% depending on. I won't even get into the time before that, when she argued with me on the phone and I had to speak to her supervisor to get anything done. I complained this time about her, but honestly, unless she is fired, I don't want to bring my car back... She is enough of a problem, that my entire experience is colored by her negativity and it just doesn't make me want to come back... I don't know why you are keeping her. She is really awful and fails at her job. More
