This was my first service/5k, pretty basic - on a new CRV. I had to make 3 trips there to get it done and, after all that, am not really sure that things were even done right...really based on how I was treat I had to make 3 trips there to get it done and, after all that, am not really sure that things were even done right...really based on how I was treated. No way to check it, easily, and am not going back. 1. First trip: they had the date wrong and sent me a text for a wrong service date. Second: the service time - all seemed ok, and on the positive side the agent did find a little discount to apply to that was the good part. BUT when I got home, I thought I'd run the window wipers and there was no fluid. It had been empty but they were supposed to fill it. That was not done. I know it seems like a small thing but it made me wonder what other fluids did not get topped off! 2. I had to go back a THIRD TIME and when I saw the same agent, after the fluid was added, I said, in a friendly way, So, how about a comp service the next time I come in, considering this was three trips for a simple service? He said...Oh you can ask me about it next time. I said aren't you going to make some notes about that now? He basically was happy to get rid of me and said just ask me next time. Well with the amount I drive that could be next year! 3. Then he had the nerve to remind me that he needed a report of "10" on the honda survey. SO there were then 2 followup surveys from Honda: one from the dealership (manly!) and one from corporate office. I did completely them both honestly, not just slamming but describing the situation. 4. One of the followup emails was even to ask how the "followup customer service call" had gone. Apparently someone was supposed to phone and ask how things went -- even just a matter of course, not even as a reply to my 'situation' as I'd described it. Nobody ever even called to check in about anything. Ok that's the story. More
