bad costumer service Originally had called a day ahead to speak to finance about purchasing a plan for maintenance, no one ever called me back and they took name and numbe Originally had called a day ahead to speak to finance about purchasing a plan for maintenance, no one ever called me back and they took name and number down, when I arrived the lady receiving me was not very helpful I had to ask if i had to follow her inside, she then yelled at the guys working in the shop to move the cars and she could have been more kind or mindful of clients hearing and watching. Mark Winkler was just rude from the start when I arrived I asked about purchasing a maintenance plan and he said it didn't matter since it took 30 days to take effect. I asked about coupons or specials including a complimentary Uber ride or Lyft he said I had to pay out of pocket, not to mention Hansel doing complimentary shuttle service, he looked at me like as if I was dumb when I showed him the coupons I found online on their website, when I arrived to get my vehicle he was completely different and kind to later ask me for a great review, I would have. Next time I will request to only work with Jose Rocha he has been nothing but kind in the past it's always a pleasure. gave a call to service manager and he never called me back after I left a voicemail. Finance never called me back either!! My car also wasn't washed and was left smelling like oil and gas inside. One star is me being generous More

Used Car Evaluation and Safety Check, 2008 Honda CRV Tracee Olibas at Manly Honda is AMAZING, very thorough, pleasant, and professional. I brought a car in for a Used Car Check and Safety Evaluation. T Tracee Olibas at Manly Honda is AMAZING, very thorough, pleasant, and professional. I brought a car in for a Used Car Check and Safety Evaluation. There was a "whine" that worried me. The seller kept saying, "it's nothing", "don't worry", but when pressed and asked if he was so sure would he pay for repairs if there were any? His reply "NO WAY", "you're getting such a deal". I knew I had to get this car checked out before purchasing - for peace of mind - and to be a smart buyer! Tracee explained exactly what would be done as part of the service, she answered all my questions and made note of the noise I heard. Tracee checked for any RECALLs too, which there was one! I didn't ask her to, she just did this as part of the service, and I'm getting that fixed too! Some places would have asked me to make another appointment! Not Manly Honda - they fixed that along with the used car inspection. The service was excellent. I received a PRINTED checklist providing information on belts, hoses, exhaust system, "life" of brakes, battery, and tires, all very clearly stated as Green (PASS), Yellow (Pass, but will need service), or Red "Requires attention". Also, my mechanic (Jeff Keophilap) added detailed notes like "not an issue at this time", but what to look for in the future. As to the "whine" I heard? Sure enough Jeff heard it too! The power steering fluid was low, below the line. As part of the service, they filled it up and NO MORE WHINE! The icing on the cake was the price - not extreme like you might think with a dealership repair shop. I'm buying this car with CONFIDENCE knowing it has been thoroughly checked out! You can bet I'll be having it serviced at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. ....Who will I ask for? You got it... TRACEE OLIBAS, Service Advisor EXTRAORDINAIRE! Let's not forget Jeff Keophilap too! I may never see him or talk to him, but I'm sure grateful for doing such a good job behind the scenes! More
I had my initial car service with Manley. The appointment was exactly as expected, began on time and took as long as they said it would.
