I have always been treated fairly and have always been satisfied with the work done on my Honda. Bill Robertson has always helped me in the past (he's on vacation) and America Quiroz has done a wonderful satisfied with the work done on my Honda. Over the phone, America took down my problem accurately, The car alarm was going off when there was no one or thing around it. She offered me a diagnostic appointment. What else could I do? Had to wait about 10 min before getting help. Ron was able to wait on me after no rep was available. Ron provided excellent service. Provided me lyft while waiting for my car repair due to a recall.
