Jennifer was very helpful by reminding me the day before with a phone call about my appointment (with my hectic life), letting me know that I would have a loaner vehicle ready and waiting for me once I drop with a phone call about my appointment (with my hectic life), letting me know that I would have a loaner vehicle ready and waiting for me once I dropped the vehicle off for the repair. She was very nice and thorough and took the time to go over each function of the loaner vehicle and made sure I understood them and asked if I had any questions. She then proceeded to give me a card with her number and said to call if I had any problems or questions. She was an excellent example of the type of dedicated, knowledgeable and kind employees who put the customer first, for which I am greatly appreciative. More
I had an 8am appointment. There were only 2 people ahead of me on line and I waited and waited and wasn’t seen by an advisor until 8:45am. There were at least 5 advisors seeing customers at their desks too. of me on line and I waited and waited and wasn’t seen by an advisor until 8:45am. There were at least 5 advisors seeing customers at their desks too. There was also no organization as a line so everyone was just standing around near the automatic doors. For just dropping off my car for a simple oil change it took much longer than needed. I have no idea why it even took so long just for a drop off. When I finally saw my advisor it took less than 5 minutes to drop it off so not sure why my wait to too long. I had my ride waiting to pick me up since 8:10 so they had to wait long as well. There was also no way to social distance 6 feet apart when we were all standing and waiting near those automatic doors which I felt very uncomfortable about. Ive been a member at Honda for years and this was my worst experience and makes me want to go elsewhere just for a basic oil change. I hope in the future the wait for having a scheduled appointment is better and more organized More
