We bought our Honda Pilot from Manly Honda in Santa Rosa in February 2017. We have only had our car serviced at Manly Honda and could not imagine taking our car anywhere else. Jose Rocha is one of the best most efficient service advisors and Honda employees that I have ever dealt with. From service, to parts, to sales, to finance...... Jose surpasses them all. (And I have b advisors and Honda employees that I have ever dealt with. From service, to parts, to sales, to finance...... Jose surpasses them all. (And I have been a loyal Honda customer since before 2004 when I bought my Honda CBR motorcycle) I bought a brand new Honda 2020 CRV Hybrid in April of this year and had an unavoidable incident which cost over $6,000 in repairs. Jose was right by my side through the entire process. Helped me file an insurance claim, diligently worked with my insurance rep, kept me fully updated regularly on the progress as it was coming along....... and to top it all off: (this is what separates a good employee from an excellent/outstanding/amazing employee) He waited for over an hour while I drove from San Francisco to Santa Rosa (after they were already closed at 4pm) just to make sure I got my car back. It was a very intense and serious repair but with help and support of Jose it seemed effortless. Jose Rocha is definitely my number ONE service advisor and I will continue to do business with Manly Honda despite having many other Honda dealerships much closer to me. Jose - thank you for everything. The car is running great, feels wonderful, super clean, and overall to say you were phenomenal does not do justice. America did a great job with my service appointment. She was attentive and quick. All good things with the service she provided. The questionable part was when we were asked to stay outside, to help prevent the spread of Covid, but the Honda staff got into every vehicle where the general public doesn't wear a mask. I know everyone is doing their best during this strange time, but some common sense needs to prevail. There's absolutely no logical reason to have customers wait outside to register, but allow them to come in to pay. It implies that it's okay to risk Covid for money, but not to give some customer service. Again, I know we are all doing our best to do the right thing, but there has to be some common sense involved. Thank you for all you do. More
