We have taken our accord here about 4-5 times now and everytime the service center has come through for us. They haven't over charged for anything and have honored their online specials for prices. My original schedule was rescheduled because it was going to take longer due to staff being sick. I was told it would take an hour to 11/2 hours this time. I waited another hr+ or so before it was done. It took 1:30-almost 5 to be out of there. Very disappointed. I purchased a rear bulb and plan to insert it. Twice the tech had to show mw where it was on the passenger seat. Could not find it. No paper bag, no box. More

I called the Serv. Dept. to ask a question about an issue I was having with a used car I had purchased. I explained the problem & Jose called me back. He told me about a feature on the car I had no idea abou I was having with a used car I had purchased. I explained the problem & Jose called me back. He told me about a feature on the car I had no idea about and a video online available to help resolve the issue. He was so freindly, informative and addressed my concerns. He also followed up. Can't ask for a more enjoyable and appreciated customer service response than this. More
They are prompt and curious when it comes to customer service to allow customer the to know what is wrong or needs to be fixed on vehicle. They don't leave you hanging either.
