I had brought my vehicle in for service and described my issue to the service representative Ron. He had a condescending manner of speaking with me and I would have preferred to speak directly with technici issue to the service representative Ron. He had a condescending manner of speaking with me and I would have preferred to speak directly with technician as having him as a middle man was an unpleasant experience. He did not seem friendly nor responsive to my inquiry and I ended up paying a diagnostic fee I was not anticipating due to the lack of communication. Overall the reason I am writing this review is to share with you the lackluster customer service that is perceived from Ron, he seems as though he is tired of dealing with customers and is simply not a pleasant person to work with. More

I needed to visit Manly Honda for a recall on my vehicle. I also had a couple of other concerns I wanted them to check out. I first worked with Jose, the service manger, who was very friendly. Then I got a loaner vehicle from Denise and she was cheerful, quick and efficient in getting me in a vehicle and on my way. Finally Ron managed the service work and called me when my vehicle was ready and closed out my paperwork. Overall a good experience on this visit. More

Service was good, but 60K service didn't look / feel my A/C, which isn't getting cold.
