I brought my car in tonight because my AppleCar Play for some reason just stopped working. I went to the one person I can trust and that is Greg Morelos. Greg sold me my car back in December. The Manly Service department as a whole has failed me as a loyal customer, from the Customer Service representative, to the techs, and management. I brought in a 2024 Pilot with a defective steering box fo a loyal customer, from the Customer Service representative, to the techs, and management. I brought in a 2024 Pilot with a defective steering box for warranty, after only 3 months of driving it. My only requests were, please communicate and be transparent about the process. No communications what so ever unless I initiated. On the 4th day, I find out that techs had damaged my vehicle. Not just a ding or scratch but, smashed hood, smashed windshield, damaged front grill and side fender. OK, I understand stuff happens but let's just take care of it asap, I thought. Long story short, its still at the body shop and still waiting on parts, going on two months. All I keep hearing is, just one more part and it'll be "just like new." Where is the transparency? It was new when I brought it in. If there was a negative star, I would have score that. The only reason why I gave a one star, is because of Jose Rocha. Even though he wasn't my service rep, he took it upon himself to call me and communicate with me. I will be giving him a 5 star but the service department deserves and "F"! If you don't believe me, I have pictures. There is more, but for my mental health. I will stop here. More

The service protocol is a bit confusing. I arrived; there was no one telling me where to stop or park the car; I went in, and all the service advisors were busy and wouldn't look at you, wh I arrived; there was no one telling me where to stop or park the car; I went in, and all the service advisors were busy and wouldn't look at you, while I was among several people waiting; within a few minutes, a person showed up who was very helpful, telling us where to line up for service and managing to get the incoming cars organized; once I got to Carlo, he was as helpful as he could be, including answering questions that had nothing to do with the service needed that day.
