Easy, no sales pressure. Walked in, Max Kellan helped us and was easy to talk to, easy to work with and zero sales pressure. Process only took a few hours and when we declined a few of the extras (upholstery repair ect...) they moved on with no guilt or pressure applied. Car needed to come back for a paint touch up. I cannot remember the name of the guy in charge for that, but he was funny and made me feel comfortable! They gave me a loaner car.... my only complaint! It did not have enough gas in it to get me home and back, I had to purchase gas in order to get back to the dealership (I do live 20 miles away) All in all I loved the ease of it all and the lack of sales pressure. Would purchase from again. More
