It just can't be, Hi Brian Manly here. After 14 years of doing business with us I have to believe either you're a glutton for punishment or there is some kind of miscommunication here. I know that air conditioning repairs are expensive but 8,000 ??? I think not. Lets get you and Ted to start over and get this solved so you will enjoy another 14 years of Manly treating you right. I do apologize that you felt your weren't treated honestly. We pride ourselves on just the opposite. We win customer from other places because of our reputation of honesty. Thank You for your past 14 years of loyalty.

Hi Brian Manly again, OK I've done a bit more digging on this because as the owner I always want to earn five star reviews. I guess it really can be up to 8K if the entire system is contaminated and needs replacing. But without replacing the fan the proper diagnoses can't be started. It would not be right to start replacing everything when you don't know the extent of the problem. We quoted what is right, discussed what was right and what is the proper direction to take the repair. 14 year old car, sometimes they need repairing. look at our reviews and you will see we treat people great.
