I was not really in the market for a newer car, but after speaking with Justin and looking at options online, I was open to the opportunity. I made an appointment to test drive a newer model Accord with Alex Iniguez and after the test drive I was ready to talk about upgrading. Alex was very knowledgeable about the Accord's fit and finish as well as showing me all the newest features. He showed me a few other vehicles and answered all my questions. Finance Manager, Tom Henschel stepped in after the test drive and went over all the options for purchasing as well as potentially leasing a vehicle and determined what would fit for me, not pushing ANYTHING I was not comfortable with doing. Both were extremely professional and courteous, listening to my wants and needs for the upgrade. Beejan Roohian was my final finance team member interaction, stepping in to complete all the final paperwork. He walked through everything efficiently, answering all questions and finished up all the paperwork in a timely manner. I left Manly in an upgraded vehicle feeling as if I was the only person buying a car that day. Thank you to Manly Honda for training team members to work collaboratively and communicate uniformly so that it was clear everyone was on the same page for the customer. I would highly recommend Manly Honda to anyone for service, upgrading a newer used vehicle or purchasing a brand new vehicle. More
