The text message advising me my vehicle was ready was a pleasant twist. As was the ability to pay for my service visit at Bill's station (didn't have to proceed to a cashier). Also, I had pre-ordered some touch-up paint (just in case) and it was waiting for me at the parts desk as promised. All in all, a very pleasurable visit for me and my car. More
Upgrade Success! Excellent Teamwork! I received a text from Justin Allen in the Upgrade Department after a routine service visit on my 2008 Honda Accord. I was not really in the market f I received a text from Justin Allen in the Upgrade Department after a routine service visit on my 2008 Honda Accord. I was not really in the market for a newer car, but after speaking with Justin and looking at options online, I was open to the opportunity. I made an appointment to test drive a newer model Accord with Alex Iniguez and after the test drive I was ready to talk about upgrading. Alex was very knowledgeable about the Accord's fit and finish as well as showing me all the newest features. He showed me a few other vehicles and answered all my questions. Finance Manager, Tom Henschel stepped in after the test drive and went over all the options for purchasing as well as potentially leasing a vehicle and determined what would fit for me, not pushing ANYTHING I was not comfortable with doing. Both were extremely professional and courteous, listening to my wants and needs for the upgrade. Beejan Roohian was my final finance team member interaction, stepping in to complete all the final paperwork. He walked through everything efficiently, answering all questions and finished up all the paperwork in a timely manner. I left Manly in an upgraded vehicle feeling as if I was the only person buying a car that day. Thank you to Manly Honda for training team members to work collaboratively and communicate uniformly so that it was clear everyone was on the same page for the customer. I would highly recommend Manly Honda to anyone for service, upgrading a newer used vehicle or purchasing a brand new vehicle. More

I love my new used car! I saw the car online and contacted them by email. They got back to me less than 2 hours later. The process was done over the phone the next day and by I saw the car online and contacted them by email. They got back to me less than 2 hours later. Sean told us the price couldn't be changed.when there were other dealers selling same year, make, model w/similar mileage for $2-3,000 less! I wish we could have left, but were stranded w/o vehicle from having to return a Carmax Forester needing repair. Seam lowed final price by giving better percentage rate after we were just told why that was so high & couldn't be changed. Then he said he could only do so by adding in Extended Warranty and GAP. I feel worked over and backed into corner without a choice. Wished I would have called their bluff and taken that Uber! More
