Always great to run into Cory as well, so helpful when I bought my Civic, and still is. I will be living on the opposite coast, so will have to give up the Manly Honda dealership. The building is beautiful, with tons of room for people to hang out comfortably, enjoy warm cookies, and not have a television blaring in the background (thanks to close captioning). A nice wine bar would be a pleasant addition. I might have to drive my car back to Manly for major service appointments. J More

Exceptional Service Mr. Bill Robertson I have been having my car serviced at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa for 16 years. One year into having my car serviced I was blessed to meet Mr. Bill Rob I have been having my car serviced at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa for 16 years. One year into having my car serviced I was blessed to meet Mr. Bill Robertson. Ever since he helped me that one visit, I have requested him for my every service. I do so because Mr. Bill Robertson has a genuine concern that his customers get the services that they need and that their cars will get them to their destinations safely. He proudly shares that he has a family man and would want his family to get the same treatment. Mr. Robertson is a man of integrity and is up front and honest with his customers. Your car is not going to get a service that it does not need. However he is going to see to it that your car gets the service it needs and is done so properly. He does not just check your car in. He follows through from the beginning to the end. As a woman who travels alone, I take great comfort in knowing that my car is dependable. I recently looked into buying a different car. There are much more fancy cars and some of the other dealerships offer loaner cars when your car is serviced. Keep in mind that you do pay for these services when you purchase your car at a much higher purchase price. However, I chose to purchase another Honda. The reason that I did so was due to the service that I receive from Mr. Bill Robertson at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. He makes this an easy process for his customers and genuinely cares that they get exceptional service. That is why I chose to purchase yet another Honda. I would rather have the peace of mind of knowing that my car will get me to where I need need to go safely instead of having a fancy emblem on the front of my car and high end waiting room. As long as Mr. Bill Robertson is working in the Honda service department, I will always drive a Honda. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent service he has given me throughout the years. He is a decent and kind human being. He relates to his customers and genuinely looks out for their welfare. I would be remise if I did not mention the kind ladies at the front desk in the service department. I would also like to give a shout out to Anthony in the Parts Dept. More

I walked onto the lot having a pretty good idea of what I wanted, needing to downsize from my gas thirsty 2001 suburban to a more economical vehicle w I walked onto the lot having a pretty good idea of what I wanted, needing to downsize from my gas thirsty 2001 suburban to a more economical vehicle while still having the 8 passenger capacity. My first experience was with Ben and he showed me that the Honda Pilot was indeed going to meet all my needs and more. Cory helped us locate the vehicle as it was not in their inventory and it was available to me the next day. Cory and Ben make an excellent team, their communication was amazing. Sean finalized the financial strings and explained everything to me in great detail and answered all my questions. I decided to lease and Sean showed me all of the pros and cons to leasing verses purchasing so that the decision was an easy one for me. Paul was amazing, he also shared some leasing verses purchasing knowledge with me as well as inquiring if I had any questions and if I was being well taken care of. Every team member that I worked with gave me their card and assured me that if I ever have any questions to call them immediately. Their customer service is phenomenal, their communication is superior, and I left feeling confident that I had been well taken care of and am now driving my dream car. Great buying experience We worked with Ben and Cory in purchasing our new work truck for our family vineyard. They had the best price on a used F-250 with under 20,000 miles We worked with Ben and Cory in purchasing our new work truck for our family vineyard. They had the best price on a used F-250 with under 20,000 miles in the entire north bay. We were only at the dealership for 90 minutes in all. Ben made the process very fun and enjoyable. He didn’t use pressure techniques and actually bought my lunch for me and drove me all the way across Santa Rosa after I mentioned I wanted Mr.Pickles on the test drive. I heard Cory was the best around and Cory was able to live up to his reputation and was able to get us the best price around! We looked for 4 weeks in all. Top notch service from both of the guys and we went to a lot of dealerships. The boys made it by far the best vehicle purchase process of my 25+ years of driving. They even sporadically will call time to time to see if the truck is still running good and offer to schedule a service if need. I may not buy a car very often but if I do I only will from The Manly Team of Ben & Cory. Thanks guys. More
