I came almost everyday for an entire week to try that car out and to make sure it was the right fit for me. Ben was there everyday, seriously everyday to take me for a ride in my soon to be car. He even cancelled an appointment to meet me. Now that is a great salesman. He went on rides with my mom, my husband, and my friend. He was never pushy, and made sure I was the priority whether or not I was buying the car that day or not. I appreciated his honesty and felt that he was a real stand up guy. Faster than expected. Kept in the loop. The waiting room is nice and even has an outlet. I have fibromyalgia, a place to plug in a heater and a comfortable chair is always a nice thing. Very happy I was nervous because we drove 2 hours to look at a Pilot. We called Luis and he stated the vehicle was there and would hold it for us to look at.
