Javier Anguiano was welcoming and friendly from the start, he greeted me right away, he listened to exactly what I needed and wanted, and answered every question with the expertise and knowledge I've come to expect from Manly. He helped me facilitate a great deal on the car and I couldn't be happier. The paperwork process is streamlined and easy, and Steve explained every detail of what I was signing every step of the way. Clumsy and complicated start of service Unlike other places, where you walk up to a service person, Manly sends you to a reception desk. Then you wait to be called. It can be ten minutes, or as my latest visit, over 30 minutes. I watch other people wait in frustration.The actual service seems fine, and I give 5 stars to Jose Rocha, who handled my service when I went up to him in frustration to find out why no one had called me. When I wrote a letter of complaint, it was clear they were not interested in changing this approach. Instead, I was told to connect with a certain person to get special treatment. No one should get special treatment. I also learned about a pickup and delivery service, which no one told me about all these times since I bought the car. More
