We were still waiting on the insurance settlement. Some of the salesman on other lots, lost interest when they found out we didn’t have money in hand. When we came into Manly Honda, we spoke with Jose Flores, and realized right away our experience was different. He didn’t focus on how or when we would come up with the money. That was taking a lot stress off of us. He compared prices on the all the models, making sure we picked the right car for us, that was also in our price range, what a great experience. More

I took it to a private mechanic and all is fixed. Personally, I spent a lot of money at the dealership (same one where I bought the car) and I feel that there should be a loyalty perk of some kind.
