The new employee (don't remember his name) from So-Cal at the time came short on customer service. A disconnect had me walking back and forth to Chris and to the finance fella. I would've liked him to show some engagement, stay on top of documents and bid a proper transfer/goodbye when customer leaves after he has received my money. I had to ask him if I was done while he was still sitting in his chair looking busy. More
