Worked hard to answer all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Since they had the model we wanted, but not the color, they acquired a car from another dealership and did not try to pressure us to take one off the lot. More

Took them 3 hours to do the tire and I missed my class. The next day the tire pressure light went on again.....I had to take it to American tire they fixed it in half an hour. But after they found out I am not happy with the service they care about my experience and called me ask me what can they do to help. More

This time, I brought my laptop in with me so that I could wait for the service to be completed. The customer lounge is very comfortable with ample seating areas, electrical outlets, small personal tables for your laptop etc. They offer complimentary warm beverages as well as cookies and granola bars. My car was finished within the estimated time at the estimated cost. As usual, it was a great visit! More

She quoted me the best price of any dealer around (and I wasn't haggling), went over all the features of the car (she really knew her stuff), and saw to it that the deal was completed in the shortest amount of time. When I signed the contract, Began Roohian had all the papers ready for me.. It was all so easy, plus I love the Honda EXL Accord that I just drove home. During my recent visit, Carlos Martinez was helpful in explaining the process, arranging a free loaner, and in letting me know what work that was done, and what other things would need to be done in the future. I have always found the service staff to be friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Justin Allen from sales also explained that if I was thinking of buying a new car Manly has an upgrade program that refunds the service costs with a purchase. He was helpful in my decision to trade in my old car and buy a new Honda at Manly; and I will certainly continue to have Manly do the service. More
