I have already recommended him to my friends and family. I also worked with Paul who was a complete professional. He was friendly and personable, and explained things clearly. I appreciate that he helped me sort out the services I needed and those I didn't. I left his office feeling like he sincerely cared about my warranty purchase. I found the type of car I wanted, (Honda CR-V) Then I took it a step further and searched the dealerships ratings and reviews. I found Manly Honda in Santa Rosa about a 4 hr drive away from me. They had a top dealer rating and found that the reviews all said how great it was to work with these people. I searched their inventory and compared it with other dealers. There were a few dealers with similar inventory BUT, much lower dealer ratings. I found out for myself, Manly folks are super to work with. No pressure in sales. Fair, honest, and really nice. "What are you looking for, and here is what we have". Manly even found a better interest rate for me than what my bank had pre-authorized. Was it worth the 4 hr drive? oh heck ya! I will go again if i ever need another car and for sure I will be recommending my friends go there! More

The excuse given was, "There are only two of us here". My suggestion: either change the recording to say call back, we will not return your call -or- Do something about the attitude of your staff. And yes, I know I can make the appointment online. More

He was honest, straightforward and dealing with Manly/Ben have been a pleasure and the experience remained in stark contrast with few other dealers I have been to in the area. Dan Thompson/Beejan Roohian Dan took very good care of us. Looking out for us by explaining the features and options very carefully and clearly. When we decided on a Clarity, Da Dan took very good care of us. Looking out for us by explaining the features and options very carefully and clearly. When we decided on a Clarity, Dan found the car in the color and interior version we wanted in 24 hours. Getting the car delivered to Manly Honda in 1 day so we could test drive it and look it over before I had to leave meant a lot to us. He made the entire process go smoothly so my wife and I did not have to worry or do anything extra while I was gone. Beejan could not have been more helpful and clear working out the paperwork. He explained each section clearly. I enjoyed working with him. Just wanted you to know. . .the lack of 1 star for the overall rating was based on our experience with your customer service phone receptionist. There was a mix up on the keys and the vehicle book (not Manly Hondas fault). My wife called your customer service/receptionist who kept her on hold for almost 30 minutes while trying to find someone solve the missing key and books. Luckily I called Dan, and even though he was not at Honda, he responded immediately to me. He worked out the key exchange with my wife after I left. . . As for the books, I ended up driving to Honda the night before my trip to see if I could get them before I had to leave. Luckily one of your staff was able to help me out and found the correct books. BTW- Know one ever did pick up the line during the entire 30 minute hold so she hung up. Overall, my experience working with Dan and Beejan of Manly Honda was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new Honda. Note: Dan has since followed up with us to make sure everything was going well and if I had any questions. He said we could contact him whenever we had a question or needed some help with the Clarity. More
