The F & I people were thorough, but not over bearing. Bill Petty, one of the service managers was very gracious in having the fog bulb on my Honda CR-V replaced (not easy had to up on a rack and remove a panel to get to it) during our visit even thou we didn't have an appointment; then he didn't charge us!! More

Good Buying Experience, Poor Follow Up I had been looking for a Subaru Outback for about 6 months and finely found the year, mileage and style I wanted for a great price at Manly. I worked primarily with Alex Iniguez, internet sales contact, with him providing me information and ensuring the vehicle would be held for me when I was coming down the next day. Alex was pleasant, friendly, and informative and I did not feel pressured at all. He also helped get everything in line so I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership itself. I finalized my loan paperwork with one of the finance managers who was also fine to work with however there was a last piece to finish up with the bank a couple days after the sale and I was informed by the dealership that I had 7 business days. My loan officer at B of A was extremely prompt and responsive but I could not get my finance manager at Manly to call me back. I called twice a day for 5 days and left multiple voicemails until finally asked to speak to a director and left a voicemail and that afternoon got a return call with the excuse that “voicemail wasn’t really working”. Ultimately, I had a really good experience at this dealership and would recommend but I do recommend staying on top of any loose strings. I have had my car for just under a month and so far am still satisfied with my purchase. More

Mostly good My experience has been positive most times. Last time they were very busy and I was there all day. They have changed the shuttle service to Uber. When I was ready to come back I was not able to get a response from the dealership and ended up getting my own Uber to come back. They did reduce my bill, which went a long way toward calming me down. Could use some improvement in communication with customers, but generally a good experience. More

Honest Quality Work I purchased my 2017 Honda CRV from Hansel Honda, in Petaluma. I realized quickly, that they were not the proper place to trust when it came to getting I purchased my 2017 Honda CRV from Hansel Honda, in Petaluma. I realized quickly, that they were not the proper place to trust when it came to getting a great deal or respected service based on conversations with the folks there. I was looking to have a roof rack w/ rails installed... So I did some price comparison shopping and Manly Honda, Santa Rosa was on my list. I wanted to find a place that I trust to do a quality job and to have better than reasonable prices.. Ever since I decided to have the roof rack w/ rails and my vehicles first oil change at Manly... Manly has been my go to spot. Recently, my CRV battery died...(its only 15months old at this point) It just would not hold any juice. I called the dealer from whom I purchased the car and asked if this is something that is covered under the extended warranty that I purchased. I was told that the battery is ONLY covered if there is a manufactures defect. Then they can swap it out at no charge. End of conversation. I called my go to guy at Manly... Jose Rocha Jr.... He told me t bring the car in and Manly will perform a test on the battery. If it fails, its covered under the 3yr, 36k mile warranty... (why didn't the other dealer tell me that?!) So I brought my car in after jumping it again... Parked it in the service lane and poof... Battery went dead again.. Within two hours, my car was ready and off I went. Long story short... I am thankful for the folks at Manly who do a thorough job and put the customer needs first. Thank you for being a quality spot that is reliable as a warm blanket on a cold winter night! More
