There was little hassle and I didn't feel pressured during the purchasing experience at all. I pointed out that there were rips and stains on the back seat fabric and they replaced it before I picked up the car. The only issue I had was when I picked up the car, it was dirty - dirt on body and spots on the windows. Additionally, when I got home, I noticed that there was no owner's manual in the glove box. When I asked if they could provide one, they said no and that I could find one online. If I purchase anything, I expect an owner's manual to be included, especially for something that costs that much. But other than that, it was a good car buying experience. More
