What's the point? Each time I go to Manly for service, I hope that the experience will be better. Positives are good, clean welcoming facility and staff. Bad news: Every time I have scheduled a specific time for service with a description of what service was needed, I have had to wait at least a half hour past the scheduled appointment time to even speak to a service representative. A simple oil change took 2.5 hours. What is the point of making an appointment? I have never had to wait at a doctor's office that long. Since Manly is quite a distance from my homeI always wait for the service to be performed rather than trying to go home and back. One would think that those who were waiting could have more of an "express" service depending on the nature of the service as opposed to the dealer having the car for most of the day. More

When I stumbled across Manly Honda In Santa Rosa during my morning drink run i was approached by a young man named Justin Allen at a gas station filling a car with gas he just sold, he told me to come visit. I could tell from his warm outgoing personality he was genuine and passionate about his job so I said he what the xxxx I’ll give this place a shot. On my walk over to Manly Honda I had to ask myself, Do I need to be liked? Absolutely not; I like to be liked. I enjoy being liked, but it’s not like this compulsive need to be liked, like my need to be praised. Justin sold me a car based on what I need, susan brought me like 4 cups of coffee and dam that woman can hold a great conversation. They had my money in a bag before I even knew it. I love manly Honda and the service there. There’s also a stud named Beejan, had me approved for xxxx I didn’t know was possible. Tim from management was outstanding don’t really know where he buys his shirts from because he wouldn’t tell me but hey players play & coaches coach. Let me not forget about Martin that kid had me dripping in Honda gear. Overall 10 out of 10 and that’s on citas! I will be back for 1 more car at the end of 2019 and for Susans interesting adventure story times. P.s Dave was cool More

The car is very comfortable to drive and really good on gas for a minivan and the sales experience was awesome. The only 2 complaints I have about this car is that I purchased a used car that should have been inspected properly and the necessary work done that it needed. Grant it the only thing that it needed was Tires, yet here I am 38 days after buying this car and I am putting tires on it, I found this very absurd considering the price I paid for the car and the fact that the car I traded in needed nothing at all and had brand spanking new tires on it, pretty crappy when you have to buy tires for a vehicle you just purchased and haven’t even made a payment on yet. The second complaint I have is that the drivers seat bottom the finish is wearing off the leather and I brought this to the service departments attention on my first visit and was told that it’s a cleaning issue which in fact it’s not and when I had received the car back the service department had tried to clean it and made the problem even worse than it was. More

Not only filthy inside and out, the brakes make a scraping noise, and the service light on dash was on indicating oil issues. Did not want to drive it til I bring it back. Kind of a slap in the face considering I just bought a NEW vehicle 2 weeks ago , and instead of enjoying it, I’m forced to sit here with a piece of xxxx loaner car. More

I had the same experience with the finance manager (Cory McMurray). He was polite, discussed options, and did not pressure me. I would be happy to deal with either Ben or Cory when I buy my next vehicle. I would recommend Manley Honda to friends and associates. More
