Customized Advice On Service Needs Bill helped us. He is one of several service writers who have helped us in the past. He especially knew the history of our minivan, which was now rece Bill helped us. He is one of several service writers who have helped us in the past. He especially knew the history of our minivan, which was now receiving a 120,000 mile service. The list includes lots of items, some being very expensive. He noted which items really needed to be done, and some that had been taken care of on earlier visits - and could be scheduled when there were more miles on the odometer. While in the shop, two other major concerns and a minor concern were discovered. Bill explained about a broken engine mount (front) and the effects it would have on the two other mounts. We chose repair, to spare a very serious failure if the stress caused the rear mount to break. Bill advised us to call AAA about the weak battery, as it was one of their batteries. Later, we did, and AAA replaced the battery at their discounted member price. Because of a part that had to be obtained by next day, Bill arranged a free loaner vehicle for us to use - needed for one of us to get to work. Bill also looked at all the coupons, etc., and gave us a discount on the total repair work. He's the best, and the work done at Manly Honda has always been very good. More

Friendly and good service, but LONG waits! I am generally very happy with Manly Honda, but there are some things that definitely could have gone better. I checked in and sat, and sat with a full waiting room and no one checking in with me for over an hour, Jose was friendly, and said he would move things along, which he did. I sat some more and I was happy with the service, except that I had them check my door handle, and it is still opening with a noise and some resistance. As I was walking out, I remembered something technical I needed to ask about so when I couldn't get to Jose because he was busy, I went into sales. We just bought both of our cars in July and I needed help with my car involuntarily locking me out. I tried to get help from the sales desk but they kept saying that the car couldn't possibly lock with the keys in it. They shrugged me off but i asked for Cory. Cory was helpful, and referred me to Curt, who happened to be there that day...luckily for me. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful..He spent a long time in and out of my car trying to figure out the problem. He took me into service again and tried to tell Jose what was happening. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of knowledge and help Curt was. Jose was hurried and also said that it couldn't lock me out, but Curt told him that was exactly what was happening. They found me a rental car and told me he would call by closing with an update. The parts and car rental people were very helpful too, although I don't have their names. I never heard from Jose that day or all the next morning. I tried to call him two or three times and left messages, then remembered he had told me to text if I needed anything the first day. I texted him and about an hour later finally heard from him. It was very frustrating not being able to get hold of him, as I had never had trouble getting through to service on my other calls. My car was indeed fixed, a sensor was broken on the driver door side that was locking me out. He felt it had maybe had something caught on it to break it, but it was nothing I was aware of. It was covered by warranty. Now I have been inundated with requests to fill out the surveys from him. I had filled out one survey already, but I think it may have been a corporate one. I certainly didn't go into this detail with that survey, and I'm sorry for the longevity of my response. Overall, we have been very happy with Manly. The sales department, Cory, Pat and Beejan were fantastic. Curt is such a kind, knowledgeable and patient guy and I'm so grateful to him for sticking by me, believing me and identifying the problem. I think your service system of not at least acknowledging people before they wait so long is very flawed...people around me were so frustrated, some without rides, kids along, older people, it was a bad experience. My husband had brought his car in the previous month and had the same experience as far as someone not checking him in and being there 3 hours for an oil change! I was there over 4 hours that first day, for my first oil change originally. The lack of communication from the service advisers feels unprofessional and dismissive even though they were all friendly. I hope there are some changes in your system, as I think you try very hard to be an efficient, friendly place to do business with. Thank you. Susan Arsenault More

Good Service, Long Wait I've been to Manly twice now, 2 different cars, and have had for the most part a pleasant experience. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel I've been to Manly twice now, 2 different cars, and have had for the most part a pleasant experience. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel as if my car is well taken care of and the technicians are very honest. The only down side to Manly is you have to wait a very long time! I checked in a few minutes late, my fault, but I sat in the wait area for 40 minutes before a service adviser called my name to talk about why I brought my car in for service. I think that is way to long to have a customer wait without any communication!!! I have never had to wait so long at other Honda dealerships. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. I got a call sometime while waiting, and there was a nail in one of my back tires. Manly took care of it because I bought my tires through another Honda dealer, that was awesome! But I had to wait longer to have that fixed, but I understand there would be a longer wait. Overall I was there for over 3 hours! So if one does not mind waiting a while for service, your visit here will be worth your while! More

Attention to detail with super friendly service I have now purchased five cars from Manly, where I also have my cars serviced. For the purchase of my last car in December of 2018, I did not get a go I have now purchased five cars from Manly, where I also have my cars serviced. For the purchase of my last car in December of 2018, I did not get a good vibe from the first salesman I spoke to, so I left. I was lucky to work with AJ for round two. AJ made the buying experience as smooth and quick as it could be, going out of his way to bring the car to me for a test drive and handling much of the paperwork behind the scenes so that I did not have to. He was charming and calm throughout. And Bob Bradbury in parts is the kindest, most thoughtful individual one could hope for during a car crisis. In fact, everyone in parts and service has been spectacular. Whenever I play with the idea of leaving the Honda family, I consider losing the service I receive at Manly and start planning again for my next Honda. More
