He felt pushy and even after we explained we did not want the paint coating and extended warranty he said, "well I have to give this one more try" and tried to sell it again. Next came the part I never enjoy, price. This was a pre- owned CR-V with low miles. I came up with an amount that would work for me. Quickly they came up with my price and a low interest rate. He was responsive and honest to questions, and although extremely busy, juggling several waiting customers and tasks, he never lost his geniality, enthusiasm or commitment to his customer. Well done. Long Wait After Check-in, but Great Service I always have had good service with all the technicians I've worked with. Very good personalities. friendly and yet very professional. My only complaint is if I have an appointment at say 10:30, I usually have to wait 45 minutes before I could even talk to anybody. To be honest that irritates me. If you can't see me until 11:15. don't make my appointment until 11:15. I do appreciate the new coffee machine and the warm cookies (when they have them). I usually drop my car off so I have to wait 45 minutes before I can just give them my keys so I think something needs to change with that routine. I appreciate the people that work there. I appreciate the Wi-Fi and the effort to make your waiting less boring. However, I have better things to do than wait around for 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled appointment before I can see my technician. More

He noticed that one of the headrests in the rear was missing and is making sure to get that for me. He also noticed that there were no floor mats in the vehicle and went out of his way to surprise me with those. I even got a better deal on insurance as per Gregory's suggestion that I make a second call to Geico after getting The rate from my current insurance company. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly and I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
