They made it right in the end Initially I had a poor experience regarding a recommendation that I was told was needed which turned out not to be false and would have cost me $300. I reached out to the GM JD to voice my displeasure and he went above and beyond to make things right to make up for the incident. He was very gracious and stood by his word to find a fair resolution to the situation and that is how you ultimately measure a business. I considered the 2019 Toyota Rav4 hybrid, the Mazda CX-5, and Acura RDX. Ultimately I went with the 2019 CRV EX-L and I couldn't be happier. I was really impressed with the vehicle, and Chris Tara-Browne helped me drive this car off the lot faster than I thought was possible. Chris gave me a great price, right from the get-go. He answered all my questions, replied in a timely manner, and made sure I was totally satisfied with this car. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the dealership. I hope to drive this vehicle for many years and I'm sure Manly Honda will be a part of that for years to come. Highly recommended! More
