Manly Honda / Alex I I have 20 years in customer services. I am a work place success consultant. this means I am hired by companies to come in and evaluate their perform I have 20 years in customer services. I am a work place success consultant. this means I am hired by companies to come in and evaluate their performance as it applies to customer care and other areas. Manly Honda doesn't need me at all. From the moment I recieved an email back on an inquiry about inventory I found online, I never felt like they even cared if they were the one's that sold me a car, they only cared that I wound up in the right car for me. I am a cash customer, so I can't speak to what it's like to deal with their financing department... however I have nothing but nice things to say about their sales department. I suffer from a variety of social anxiety issues. if I don't have to leave the house, I don't; and I'm quite happy to go weeks or even a month(s) without seeing another human being. additionally I am on the autism spectrum. I am very easily thrown off my rhythm. and if I hit any sort of snag I can't immediately recover from, I have anything from uncontrollable bouts of stuttering to simply having to stand up and walk out of a place without so much as an apology or explanation as to why I'm leaving. if you rub me wrong EVERYONE will hear about it. so likewise if I have an experience ranging anywhere between uneventful all the way up to [wait for it] positive or pleasant I don't hesitate to tell anyone who will listen to those stories as well. this is 2019. there's no such thing as pissing off one customer. there never has been, but at this particular point in history, no one has a reach of 15 people, anymore. we're all on social media and it's very hard to find anyone with a potential audience of less than 10's 1000's. manly knows this. they are keenly aware that they are "their reputation". and so they are very careful to do nothing which might put that reputation at risk. it's a good one and frankly- it's earned. I take a certain amount of patience to interact with. I am on my own frequency and will never be the one to step out of their comfort zone to improve an interaction. to compensate for that, I am very clear from the get go as to where my rough edges are and which things may likely rip a sack of weird wide open causing it to spill all over any experience. that's my part, my responsibility. it still takes a special kind of personality to be able to take that information and put it to good use. Alex I. is possibly the most patient zen guy I've ever met. and it is because of him that an experience which is likely to be horrific for ANYBODY... aaaaand just begs to be even worse for someone with social anxiety and depression and stress blah blah blah, was - relatively painless. Alex is a great guy and really just a pleasure to work with. More

Nightmare!!!! I was lied to so much about so many things. I went in there twice for nothing. 2 hour drive back and 2 hour drive fourth. 4 hours total driving, 2.5 h I was lied to so much about so many things. I went in there twice for nothing. 2 hour drive back and 2 hour drive fourth. 4 hours total driving, 2.5 hours filing paperwork, total 6.5 hours lost times 2. That equals 13 hours of my life gone. With out a car and with a bunch of lies to many to process. Time consuming and draining. More
