They listened to what I said and it worked I noticed something not quite right with the performance of the car. I explained that it had no power when I needed it, whether to pass or merge. I noticed the car not sounding right and they found loose air intake box and tightened it down and solved my issue. I was fearing tranny issues and it cost me the cost of diagnostic. Also loved the use of Uber to take me home, no more riding across town and dropping others off before me. More

Purchase of a vehicle. This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle!!!!! The expectations I had for this facility was very high! But after all paperwork was signed and hours of waiting, I was tired. I had a 2 or more hour drive ahead of me. I didn't have the energy to argue with anyone about the way I received the vehicle I just purchased. It is a $45,000 dollar suv. It was filthy no cleaned one bit. I purchased the Zurich for an extra $1000 dollars that was not applied. I would've never known if the service department didn't call me to schedule the appointment. I was told by our sales person that it was getting done and we had to wait for the vehicle. I'm still dealing with setting up a time and date to get it done. I have never ever dealt with such an issue. I made a huge mistake purchasing a vehicle from Manly Honda!!!!!! I wish I could return the vehicle and start somewhere fresh. More
