Third Honda Civic from Manly I actually came in for a recall on airbags for my last Civic, but as long as I was there I decided to look around. I like the car I purchased though i I actually came in for a recall on airbags for my last Civic, but as long as I was there I decided to look around. I like the car I purchased though it will take some time to get used to all the new electronic possibilities. During the test drive of the model I purchased and sitting in the car trying things out as he explained, Ben Steinberg was patient and helpful. However, to be honest the numerous new devices are all a bit too much information for one day. I drove away happy and totally in love with my new car! I did not plan to buy a car when I drove in. That I drove out smiling, in a beautiful new Black Insight Hybrid Touring I attribute almost totally to t I did not plan to buy a car when I drove in. That I drove out smiling, in a beautiful new Black Insight Hybrid Touring I attribute almost totally to the energy and enthusiasm and eagerness of Manny Sanchez, who was un-phased when I said I really was "just looking," and determined to find me what I'd like -even if just to sit in it. But when I sat in the Touring model, it was a Goldilocks moment - but more than I'd wanted to spend. Somehow, Cory made it work. I am very happy with the whole experience. I should say that everybody standing around seemed to have helpful attitudes, even as I was standing around waiting for my new car to come out of the wash. It was too late in the day to get it detailed, but I went in today and Paul made sure I was completely happy. The car is awesomly gorgeous and I consider the dealership first rate. Thanks, guys! More

Terra handled all of the interaction with the warranty people to get the car fixed in a timely manner and also provided me with a courtesy car until the work was done. She kept me up to date on what was happening and got my car back to me as quickly as possible. More
