Jose Rocha at Manley Honda took the time to listen to the history of repairs already received at a dealership in Seattle and was careful to include only those repairs not yet done from the partially completed 105K maintenance profile. We appreciated his willingness to let us challenge the standard list and identify that which was need and that which we did not need to be charged for. We also needed 4 new Michelin tires, and they gave us a very good deal that beat the discount tire stores we had done price checks with. We have recently moved to the area and NO QUESTION, Manly will be our home dealership choice. Thanks for the great customer service, timely completion of all needed work. We will be back! More

Over the years he has always been consistent, friendly, honest and a wealth of information. This experience resulted in the use of a loaner vehicle and Jennifer C. was able to facilitate that process for me in record time. In a few short minutes she had the paperwork complete and was showing me the features I needed to be aware of in the new Honda Pilot she set aside for me. The professional efficiency these people demonstrated enabled me to salvage a really busy morning. More

I had a late afternoon appointment for a fog light replacement, and three was not enough time to complete the job that day. So, Mr Robertson offered to loan me an auto overnight at no charge so I would not have to bring my car back the next day. This was much appreciated. Bill has been, and will continue to be, my preferred Service Advisor. Jennifer handled my car rental. She handled the transaction professionally, courteously and swiftly. FJ Cruiser Jesse Baseball was great. The evening I got the vehicle home I discovered a transmission issue. I called Sean in finance and he was to get back to me Jesse Baseball was great. There is an error in the warranty paperwork saying the vehicle is still covered by the manufacture’s warranty. I’m still on the fence about bringing the vehicle back and canceling the contract. I spent $169 on the fix for the transmission that the dealership should reimburse me. More

He gave me great instructions on lots of the features that I found SO helpful. He is very patient. Cory McMurray was so efficient and explained everything. I don't think I've ever had a nicer signing experience. Thank you Cory! Both Juan and Jesse made the whole buying experience so easy! They both have great personalities for this job. I loved my Civic for 10 years and now I'm so excited to be driving my HRV. Manly Honda can take pride in their employees ability to provide such an easy, fun experience. Manly Honda does great work On a Friday afternoon, the "big" batteries in my 2004 Hybrid (not the original batteries) went out. It was about 2:00 pm and I didn't have an appointm On a Friday afternoon, the "big" batteries in my 2004 Hybrid (not the original batteries) went out. It was about 2:00 pm and I didn't have an appointment obviously, so I wasn't sure whether anyone would have time for me. The first person I saw was my long time service adviser, Dave Ashby. As always, Dave was very helpful, answered all my questions and introduced me to Ben Steinberg in sales. Ben spent time discussing the models and going over the details of buying or leasing. After the last big hack, I had a credit freeze with the credit reporting bureaus, so I couldn't complete the transaction on Friday. Dave Ashby found a loaner car so I could drive home and Jennifer Crouch took care of all the details. Ben Steinberg made an appointment for the next morning. By Saturday morning I had a few more questions for Ben, but ultimately decided to lease a Honda Fit. That's when I met Cory McMurray, who went over the financing and did a great job of answering my many questions. I arrived at 8:45 am and left at 4:00 pm in my new Fit. During that time I was occasionally sitting unaccompanied and various unknown Manly employees stopped to ask if anyone had helped me; did I need a cup of coffee; and to chat. I appreciate all the people, known or unknown, who turned a difficult experience (car breakdown) into a happy one. More
