I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. I took my Hyundai Sonata to this dealership last August, because the check-engine light was on. It was a very, very complicated problem to diagnose, too intricate to get into here. I lost my patience and wrote a frustrated review here, but that was 100% entirely unfair of me. Here's the truth: The good people here at Manly Hyundai Santa Rosa are absolutely fantastic. They have a very knowledgeable, trust-worthy, hard-working staff - everyone from those at the front desk, to the techs who repair vehicles, to Management, was absolutely stellar with me. When they sensed my frustration they absolutely bent over backwards to cater to my tantrum (I'm embarrassed to admit, that's what happened....), and I was humbled by how good the staff has been to me. This dealership is a rare gem in a whole sea of negligent dealerships. I was able to wait on the repair, and now that I'm ready to do it - I'm taking my car back to Manly Hyundai Santa Rosa. I'm genuinely looking forward to seeing everyone again. More

I needed a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I was introduced to Jennifer Crouch, who was very polite and easy to talk with. Jennifer completed the task of getting me a loaner car very easily. She was very professional. Manly Honda should be lucky to have more employees like Giovanni and Jennifer! More

Good Work, Great Service, Comfortable Lounge I've been well taken care of at Manly Honda. I bought a 2014 Prius Plug-In from them as well as a service package, so all I have to do is make an appo I've been well taken care of at Manly Honda. I bought a 2014 Prius Plug-In from them as well as a service package, so all I have to do is make an appointment and show up at the appointed time. They fill fluids, rotate tires, change the oil and necessary filters as needed. They check my tires for pressure and condition. And all this happens pretty quickly as I wait in the lounge with my computer, their wonderful free coffee and a warm chocolate chip cookie! I'm more than impressed with their service, I'm very pleasantly surprised with how well they go the extra mile. Bill Robertson is my go-to guy there in the Service Dept. I feel confident he'll see to it that whatever my car needs is handled. More
