My recent experience at Manly was the smoothest I’ve had in many a year. When I decide to purchase a vehicle, I research all I can before venturing to a dealer. I’m very specific about what I want in a vehicle when I arrive. I had several questions about my specific criteria when I entered Manly. Sales Consultant Tom Haidet met me when I first arrived. He answered several questions and then worked cheerfully to find answers that were beyond his immediate knowledge of the vehicle I’d decided upon before arriving. I had a fairly firm exterior/interior color combination in mind after spending a lot of time on Honda’s website. Unfortunately (for me), the combination was not available on Manly’s lot nor anywhere nearby. Some compromise was obviously necessary so Tom gladly led me on a tour of the lot to find a satisfactory second color combination. Upon making a decision, it was found at another dealership. Two days later I drove away with the new vehicle. More

Purchase was smooth I bought a 2012 Prius and the purchase was smooth. The car is great, but the car was not detailed well. After delivery, I discovered that the interior I bought a 2012 Prius and the purchase was smooth. The car is great, but the car was not detailed well. After delivery, I discovered that the interior ceiling was very dirty - the worst I had ever seen in any car. The seats and rear cargo area was very clean, but clearly no one looked up before delivery. I spent an hour cleaning the ceiling myself, but this should have been done. More
Customer Service! No BS!! I went to Manly and met Scott. I told him I was “shopping” around for the best car for me and also at the best price. He was very professional in answering all of my questions and very flexible with what I was looking for. He Showed me every car I asked to see. I wasn’t lying when I said I was shopping around. I’ve been at two dealers beforehand and manly was hands down the better service. Scott attended to me and only me. Provided printed hand outs with specs details and prices. And also stated they would price match anybody just so they could serve me to have my business. One dislike I had was when I went to purchase the car I had to wait for a long time. From the time we arrived to the time we left was about 4 hours in total which seemed ridiculous to me. The service paid for itself which was nice but still inconvenient for our day off. More
