Making it Right! Immediately after I wrote the review of my experience and concerns, the service manager reached out to me that night. What really spoke to him was how Immediately after I wrote the review of my experience and concerns, the service manager reached out to me that night. What really spoke to him was how these issues may affect the health of our younger children having children of his own. He was very apologetic having put me through this experience and asked for the opportunity to make it right. The following day the service manager himself came to pick up my car at my house since I had already gone to the dealership yesterday. He offered a loaner, however we were going out of town that week and did not need one. Later that day he called me with what they had discovered and that it would be covered by my warranty. After we returned from our trip the service manager called me that morning and if he could drop the car off. Incredible “Door to Door” service! Manly Honda really went above and beyond in making this right. We all make mistakes and fall short, I know I do. It is want you learn from these experiences and how we make it right is what matters. Awesome Experience I decided to buy a new Honda because my Accord is 17 years old. I bought it at Manly in 2002 and nothing has ever gone wrong with it and it still runs I decided to buy a new Honda because my Accord is 17 years old. I bought it at Manly in 2002 and nothing has ever gone wrong with it and it still runs great. But...I was overdue for a new car and I knew I wanted another Honda. Browsing online I was immediately contacted by Internet Sales Manager Chris-Tara Browne. I thought I would be hounded (which is annoying) but Chris was so nice, helpful and personable and after meeting him in person, I liked him even more! I seriously wanted to just hang out with him! He was realistic with what I could afford and I decided on the 2019 Civic. I was a little uneasy about the car payments and then Sean in finance worked his magic!! It was crazy...He got my payments and the interest down way low. I am ecstatic and I will never buy a car anywhere else! Thanks Guys! More

I was just driving by and I seen a truck that caught my eye so I pulled over, once I came on the lot I was met by a friendly sales rep named Gregory Morelos we talked briefly about the truck he promptly went and got the keys so we could go for a test drive, we talked about family and other things besides the sale of this truck which made me feel comfortable that he just wasn’t worried about making the sale. So I bought a different truck that was more expensive because he did such a good job!!! We were also assisted by other team members to help along with the process Kevin Landman and a young man Named Andrew!!!!!
