Not impressed Brought our vehicle in for a check engine light and also for the Air Bag recall. Took a week to find out that the part needed to fix the check engine Brought our vehicle in for a check engine light and also for the Air Bag recall. Took a week to find out that the part needed to fix the check engine light is on backorder for almost 2 months. When we picked up the vehicle it was filthy on the outside, like someone had blown the parking lot out and got it all over our vehicle - not happy! When we picked up the vehicle there was no mention of the recall work being performed - had to call and double check that it was done. You'd think that if you spend over $1,000 for service that they would at least wash your vehicle when you pick it up or give you a coupon to have it done elsewhere. We were not impressed. More

As soon as I walked into Manly Honda I knew it was going to be a different experience. Martin started by helping me look through their extensive inventory on his computer to narrow down our search, all the while giving a brief history of the family run dealership. Then Jesse took us through the lot indulging me in checking every car I considered and providing a no pressure atmosphere that set me at ease. When I finally picked the car I now love, he handed us over to Sean to finish all of the paperwork. What usually is the stressful part of buying a car turned out to be some of the most fun we had the whole trip. Sean had us laughing the whole transition all while helping me to get the most competitive rates. If I could give six stars I would. As it is I know that anytime I need a new car or if my family/friends need a recommendation I know where we'll go Manly provided me with such good customer service I felt like part of the family. More

The test drive was easy and casual and was encouraged to go test drive at other dealerships and come back once more after, which I did, and I felt that it was a good suggestion and really helped me choose on the car and the dealership. Andrew and Sean were both very helpful and made the paperwork process easy and understandable. I love my car and and am satisfied with the care Manly Honda has provided and will be providing in the future maintenance of my car. More
