They were so helpful. I first purchased a Toyota EV and after 2 months I could not get the heater to work. I asked what they would do to fix this issue I was tired of riding my bike and they agreed to take back the EV and credit me the money toward a new car. I got a great car and left very happy. Update: I met with staff at the dealership to have a conversation about my experience with salesman Juan M. My hope is that the salesman received coaching as being in retail and client facing can be challenging. A salesman should present in a professional manner with the clients best interest in mind. Transparency, honesty and full disclosure is important. My husband purchased a truck from them last night and the dealership was sincere and apologetic about the previous experience with another purchase two weeks prior. I left there feeling satisfied that the issue was being handled as I want to continue to do business with this dealership and recommend them to others. Over the years we have purchased 9 cars from them and the one transaction without rectifying the situation would have certainly been the last. Thank you to Tom H. and Ali T. for taking the time to speak about the situation. My hope is that the salesman receives the support he needs to be more successful salesman in the future. More
