They were so helpful. I first purchased a Toyota EV and after 2 months I could not get the heater to work. I took it in under the 3 month warranty and it was going to ta I first purchased a Toyota EV and after 2 months I could not get the heater to work. I took it in under the 3 month warranty and it was going to take a months to fix. I asked what they would do to fix this issue I was tired of riding my bike and they agreed to take back the EV and credit me the money toward a new car. I got a great car and left very happy.
