I brought my brother's Clarity in for a problem that it turns out is a common one identified on the Clarity owners forum. If the key is too close to the trunk release, sometimes it won't close. Everyone I came into contact with at Manly Honda was very professional and courteous. Although I had a tricky issue with my driver side door I felt comfortable that they would be able to fix it.
