I took in my Honda HR-V for a recall notice, when I made the appointment the staff did not remind me of what documentation was needed to bring for the rental car while my car was in the shop and amount of g the appointment the staff did not remind me of what documentation was needed to bring for the rental car while my car was in the shop and amount of gas that was needed in order to work on the recall smoothly. Once arrived Jose Rocha took in my car and explained what work was going to be done and how long it was going to take, then Denise Rice was super helpful and patient since I didn't have all the information that was needed when I arrived, she patient and worked with me as we pulled up my insurance information for the rental car . Both staff were great with customer services. When I picked up my car at the end of the day Yuritzi explained what recall work was done and walked me through the report. More
Can not say enough about the amazing service from Jose and Denise. Jose explained where the oil leak was in my car. He explained and showed me on the computer the area that would be worked on.
