John told me that it would take at least two and a half months before I received my car due to the parts being on back order. He approximated the cost to be approximately $2,000. Intuitively I believed that there was something very wrong about the entire business transaction. So I called another dealership. In comparison Hansel Honda was able to get the parts, and repair my cat, did not charge me anything for their diagnosis and honored my extended warranty. I will never return to Manly Honda and I am in the process of writing a letter to the general manager as well as the Better Business Bureau to make a formal complaint and to give a poor review. More

I was originally helped by another staff and he was giving very little information through the process and giving very “take it or leave it” energy. It was kind of awkward.
