No communication from Jesus Jimenez my advisor about when my car would be ready. When he finally did call it was to tell me the wrong part had been ordered. You kept my car 8 days without a loaner since we h my car would be ready. When he finally did call it was to tell me the wrong part had been ordered. You kept my car 8 days without a loaner since we had canceled collision on insurance due to the age of the car. I was so irritated at the lack of communication I told Jesus he needed to learn to multitask if he couldn’t call me when promised! I never had trouble with Marin Honda. I will go back to Marin Honda for future work not Manly Honda!!! if I could give a zero score I would. Train your staff in communication!!! Learn to order the correct parts!!! More
