Working with Yesenia made the selling process of my 8years old car super easy and smooth, even considering that I had to manage this while I was staying in a different state. She contacted us via our craigslist ad, and however we had some concerns first if this is just a scam, she worked with us to clear all our concerns and made the process easy: offered the craigslist asking price even without seeing the car, sent the contract/paperwork via overnight FedEx with prepaid return envelope, then sent people to pick up the car while handing over the check with the agreed price. Strongly recommend her service, she made our selling journey so easy, it was hard to believe it was true. More

I had the worst experience. Bad Service fir communication and time. It took from my appointment time @2:30pm -6pm to have an oil change and tire rotation. Then, I had to go back the next day from 11am-6pm fo and time. It took from my appointment time @2:30pm -6pm to have an oil change and tire rotation. Then, I had to go back the next day from 11am-6pm for them to put on One new tire on rear driver side. No rental cars available. Beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend any friends to this place. I'm so disappointed. More

Good service. Employees were friendly. Used car building is old. New car building is nice. We came in for one vehicle, filled out some paperwork ahead of time, truck was ready to test drive when we got ther is old. New car building is nice.
