Gregory was great we did the deal over the phone and he kept his word! So when I arrived all we had to do is paperwork ! The previous dealership I went to kept calling me, I said I already had a deal with kept his word! So when I arrived all we had to do is paperwork ! He called me back and said that I better make sure I was getting the exact car I wanted because the price quoted was too low and that I was going to get scammed once I go and pick up my car! He was wrong I got the car and the price Gregory quoted NO problems! I am very pleased with Gregory’s HONESTY and kindness! THANK YOU GREGORY. As far as the Steve the Finance guy he was doing his job trying to sell extra stuff and when I said I did not want any extras I saw him ROLL HIS EYES AND SHAKE HIS HEAD! So that part wasn’t very cool. The whole process was toooo long, I was there over 3 hours. The video should be optional or excluded. But All in all Sue to Greg’s Honesty I will go back to Manly in the future. More

Stopped in and talked to Greg about wanting a used hybrid hatchback. There weren't any in stock at the time, but he asked a lot of good questions and showed me a few alternatives I might like. I headed over to CarMax to test drive a few cars as well and had CarMax give me an estimate on trade-on/cash purchase value of my old car. I tried speaking with the local Ford dealership and they were massively marking up their in-stock vehicles (by +$10k over MSRP)!! Horrible haggling xx there. A few days later, I stopped back at Manly to have them also assess the purch-value of my car, and found out they had JUST gotten in my preferred hybrid hatchback and it wasn't even on the website yet. Greg jumped in and made things happen quickly and smoothly for me. I was able to purchase my dream car, used with very low miles in excellent condition for a great, no-haggle price. I drove the car home that night, fully financed and everything done for me. No trips to the DMV or anything. Also worked with Ali in the Finance Dept at Manly who worked out a good deal for an extended warranty and GAP coverage. Ali allowed me to specify only what I was looking for in coverage without being rude about trying to get me to purchase other things I didn't want. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Manly, Greg, and team to friends and I would definitely purchase from here again. More
