My experience at Manly Honda was superlative! Alex Iniguez and Scott Longaker were both not only friendly, informative and supportive throughout the experience, but they delivered my new GTI to me thi Iniguez and Scott Longaker were both not only friendly, informative and supportive throughout the experience, but they delivered my new GTI to me this morning which was a super thoughtful touch of extra customer service! And Efrain obviously worked hard to get me the best terms possible for my loan. Overall a great experience! More
I just purchased a car from Abraham Contreras and Manager Miguel Britto. Simply stated- Manly is the best experience in town. I don’t want to deal with a dealership or sales people who try to “sell” me or us Miguel Britto. Simply stated- Manly is the best experience in town. I don’t want to deal with a dealership or sales people who try to “sell” me or use silly tricks to “put you in a car today”. I want to go in, look at the car, drive it and walk out without with any pressure. When decided I wanted to buy the car, we made an appointment with Tim Dang in finance to come back to sign the paperwork. That was literally a 15 minute process and I was gone with zero pressure. Couldn’t be easier. More
Very good service , kept me informed of progress of possible arrival of new vehicle. Unfortunately I had to settle for a vehicle with a interior color that was not my first choice. That vehicle was alr possible arrival of new vehicle. Unfortunately I had to settle for a vehicle with a interior color that was not my first choice. That vehicle was already taken by reservation. If I had known I could reserve a vehicle coming in I would have. I wish I was told that at the time he said such vehicles were on schedule to come in. Otherwise it would have been five stars. More
Ali made the process of buying our Camry very easy. He explained all of the warranty options available and we made the decision to move forward with the warranty. The trade in amount was very unexpected. explained all of the warranty options available and we made the decision to move forward with the warranty. The trade in amount was very unexpected. More
I am still not very happy with your service center. I bought my car new in 2002 and had initially only had it serviced there. Scott was always the service rep I saw and everything was fine until I went bought my car new in 2002 and had initially only had it serviced there. Scott was always the service rep I saw and everything was fine until I went in for service one, I was told Scott no longer worked there and someone else helped me. After my car was looked at I was told my oil pan was leaking and that someone had stripped the threads on the cap. As I had only had my car serviced there it was pretty obvious to me who must have stripped the cap, but I had to pay upwards of $600. I stopped going here for service for some time, but had to go in for an airbag recall so I got my service done there as well. My AC had not been working and I was told it was a $400 job but I figured I needed it done so I agreed. Stupid me for not checking, everything I looked at online (unfortunately after the fact) says it should be a $100-$300 job depending on make and model of the car... "For most cars, the cost of an AC recharge will be about $200 but can go as high as $280. It's a simple procedure, but it can take a while to check everything out and ensure that there is no further damage, so expect to pay about $120 for the labor costs." "A professional AC recharge cost ranges from $150 – $300 on average depending on the make and model of your vehicle. Due to refrigerant losses that occur over time, this service is one that should be added to your vehicle maintenance schedule." " The average price for the recharge is $50 to $150 The average price for the leak test is $100 to $150 You should always do a leak test with the right equipment before refilling an AC system. Only let an AC certified workshop with the right equipment do any work to your AC system. Always replace leaking parts before an AC recharge. This can increase the cost a lot, depending on the failed part." Are just a few examples.... Well that is what I get for not questioning the price when I agreed to the service... More
My recent experience at Manly redeemed your dealership helped to repair a broken trust. I had a very negative experience in your Service Department in the past.
